Joseph Cisco, President

Joseph CiscoJoseph began his career in the financial services industry after he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1990 from Widener University. He started his career with Prudential where he worked for 10 years, until he started his own company back in 2001. He holds Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Texas and Tennessee State insurance Life, Health and securities 6 & 63 licenses. Mr. Cisco has extensive background working with Individuals and Small Businesses over the past 19 years with a special focus on Health & Life insurance.

Mr. Cisco was born in Delaware County and raised in Aston since 1958. Joe has been in business in Aston for the past 16 years. He has raised four sons and has two grandchildren. He was a coach for the Aston Youth Soccer League for 12 years. He was a past president and now is a current director for the Aston Business Association and a member of the Chichester Business Association. Joe is a current member of the Delaware, Chester & Western Delaware County chamber of commerce.

Joe has built a knowledgeable team of professionals to help navigate through the complex world of insurance, financial and tax challenges. He takes pride in the level of customer service he and his staff can offer anyone in need of their services.


Adam Cisco, Account Executive

Adam CiscoAdam Cisco joined Caise Financial/ Joseph Cisco and Associates in the summer of 2006 as an Account executive he has his Pennsylvania and Delaware license in Life and Health Insurance. Adam specializes in handling group and individual Health Insurance as well as life insurance. Adam also helps maintain the day to day activities and a customer friendly atmosphere in the office. Adam is also a committee member of the Delaware County Chamber of Young Professionals. He is a member of the Aston, Delaware County & Chichester business association. Adam volunteers his spare time with coaching a youth Basketball League in Delaware County, PA., Prior to joining the sales team at Caise financial Adam was in the United States Navy serving our country aboard the USS Eisenhower and USS Kennedy. He was born and raised in Upper Chichester, PA and remains there today as a proud member of the community.


Dave Czyzewski, Account Executive

Dave CzyzewskiDave came to our office in the summer of 2007. He brings a unique perceptive to the Health Care field. After being born and raised in NE Philadelphia, He migrated to Delaware County after graduating from Kutztown State College and working for Blue Cross of Philadelphia, in 1985.

His knowledge and expertise comes from working with such companies as Schering-Plough, Medtronic and Schneider International. Before coming back full circle to the Health Insurance field, he spent 10 years, starting and building, 2 successful small businesses.

Along the way he has found the time to donate his energy to the Boys and Girls club of Lansdowne and St. Philomena’s Church. In addition to his duties at the club he has spent the last 5 years being as PIAA Soccer Official.

Dave has spent the last couple of years not only helping our Individual and Business clients, but has expanded his knowledge in the Supplemental field working with Aflac. He also sees the need to help our aging population; he has taken courses in becoming an expert in the Medicare Advantage and Supplemental field.

Overall, Dave brings a very well rounded approach to the Health Care field. We are Happy to have him as an asset to our Agency.


Donna Simpson, Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Donna SimpsonDonna was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia. She moved to California for 4 years in the late 1990’s and moved back to Pennsylvania to Delaware County, PA in the mid 2000’s. Donna has worked for Caise Financial for over 2 years with the title of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities include processing all paperwork; handling any questions and/or problems regarding Individual, Group Plans and Medicare policies, ensuring that all changes to these plans are completed as per the client’s request. She keeps compliant with all current insurance changes and regulations.

Donna has been working in the administrative field for the past 12 years. She worked several years ago for John Hancock for many years which started her knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. She worked hands on with John Hancock’s agents processing all the paperwork and was the office manager for the Media, PA office.

She also worked for Clover Hill Water Solutions as a sales person to gain an appreciation of what the sales personnel have to go through on a daily basis and to give her a more extensive knowledge of what it is like being out in the field. Donna provides a level of customer service and satisfaction that is unsurpassed in this industry and provides each client with a personal touch, which is a rarity in today’s fast paced automated society.
